Hey folks here were go again with another installment on improving your team. I thought the other day what would be the perfect formula for an amazing rehearsal that we bring the team together and take it to a level beyond what they could ever imagine.
After thinking and meditating long and hard, it dawned on me how simple it was. I call this formula the “Rehearsal Trinity”! Three components that if one is without the other it will literally make your team fall apart: Here are the components.
Yes, I know, too easy right?
Here they are again:
- Spiritual Time
- Team Time
- Music Time
Believe me that I know many worship teams have at least one of those parts missing or their not putting enough work or care into all three. Rehearsal is a crucial part that if not taking care of properly will make your team lose the spiritual battle that we fight every day.
“I discipline my body training to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified.”
! Corinthians 9:27
If we drop our guard, the enemy will trample all over your team and we’re not going to let this happen right? Take a stance and do what’s right for your team and make sure all parts of the rehearsal trinity are healthy.
