Summary:
Rita introduces a tune she wrote called “Tamale Blues” and begins the guitar class by explaining how to read guitar tab, but for some reason there seems to be a language barrier between her and her Tia.
I attempted to come up with a title for the song for about a week and I couldn’t do it. Until a few friends came over to my pad and brought food, kind of a potluck. And one of them brought “tamales”.
I thought this is it, Rita’s hispanic and she’s in bluesy mood because of what happened to her Papa. So I came up with “Tamale Blues.”
I know what you’re thinking, genius right?
In light of me genius, I created the actual tune for you to download. Just click on the link below.
I’ll do a recap of the lesson.
